Switch Heater Systerm TCDD Malatya Fırat Station Project

• Supply and control of the switch heater developed by our engineers within the scope of the signaling project of Fırat Station area in TCDD Malatya region.
• The switch heater system is designed in industrial standards and is a new generation PLC controlled system suitable for operation in -25/+70 °C temperature range.

Scissor heater system has three different operating modes.

1. Fully automatic: In this mode of operation, the heaters are automatically activated and deactivated by evaluating the information from the meteorological station and snow ice sensor. Thanks to the smart software that evaluates information such as air temperature and snow height, the system operates without any user intervention.
2. Remote control : In this mode of operation, TCDD operators activate and deactivate the switch heaters with the help of a computer. This mode of operation is preferred for energy at points where snowfall and traffic is limited.
3. Manual : TCDD personnel activate the system manually in case of any communication failure.
   Designed in accordance with TCDD specifications and industry standards, the product uses ModBus protocol to communicate with signal systems. The switch heater system is integrated with the domestic signal system developed by Tübitak. TCDD Fırat station has a total of 10 switches, 5 inlet and 5 outlet. All of these switches are integrated into the system.
