We perform maintenance and service operations for automation systems installed in our customers’ facilities around the clock with our experienced staff, ensuring their safety. Within this scope, we handle hardware and software maintenance, fault detection and resolution, necessary revisions, review and procurement of spare parts, software backups, updating system documentation, and conducting training for operators and maintenance personnel. By maximizing traceability, we also plan and report on upgrade tasks required for various reasons such as outdated operating systems, changes in automation software versions, aging hardware, procurement challenges, or costs, and perform upgrade processes upon request.
