SCOPE
- Receiving signals from mechanical equipment and devices within the natural gas combined cycle power plant to the RMS and preparation of SCADA screens
- Manufacturing and supply of DCS panel, MCC panel, and UPS distribution panel
- Performing FAT, cabling, panel connections, I/O, and software tests for the panels

EXECUTION
Stations where the natural gas pressure is regulated and measured according to operational requirements are called RMS (Regulating Metering Station). Our company has provided robust solutions for all domestic and international facilities with the ABB Freelance 2019 Platform and the S800 IO family for the installation of automation and safety systems in these facilities.
The main components of the system are as follows: – 2 redundant ABB AC900F DCS controllers – Redundant remote IO modules – Elster FC1 model flow computer – ABB NGC 8206 gas chromatograph and transmitter equipment
The flow computer transmits all data to the DCS via the Modbus protocol. Each gas detector allows the percentage of the gas component to be recorded and displayed. After the gas detector data is sent to the DCS, the DCS transfers this data to the flow computer (FC).
There are three transmitters for the system: pressure, differential pressure, and level transmitters. These measured data are transmitted via HART and 4-20 mA analog signals.
The MCC panel has been manufactured as the electrical panel that distributes the main power to all the equipment in the AGRS. Additionally, the UPS DB panel distributes critical load power in the systems, particularly for the PLC panel, fire alarm system, and CCTV systems, whose power is supplied from this panel. All instrument cables filed are first routed to 13 junction boxes in the field and then adjusted to go to the PLC panel. These boxes have helped facilitate easy control of the cabling systems.
