SCOPE
Revisions and additions to the existing PLC and SCADA software for the Gas Cleaning ID Fan systems of BOF-1 (Converter-1), BOF-2 (Converter-2), and BOF-3 (Converter-3).
Development of all necessary PLC and SCADA software for the backup drive system and adaptation to the current setup.
Coordination and execution of work with the drive supervisor during the commissioning of one backup and one existing drive.
EXECUTION
Gest Measurement and Automation Solution:
Data from 3 ID Fan systems was transferred to 3 S7400 Redundant CPUs via the Profibus DP communication protocol. The transferred data was displayed on the corresponding 3 SCADA systems.
