• Turnkey execution of automation for 5 Turkmenistan RMS stations within the following scope:

• Design, manufacturing, supply, programming, workshop testing, and documentation of the complete automation system based on DCS Control Panels and HMI, according to the project plans, offers, and material lists.

• Establishment and commissioning of the communication infrastructure, including hardware.

• Provision of additional equipment and systems, such as UPS supply, as specified within the scope.

• Automation of the natural gas PRMS station, which supplies gas to the facility, in accordance with specifications.

It is an automation application developed with the Compact HMI Platform and supports redundant DCS.

Communication with third-party systems is achieved through Ethernet and Profibus communication protocols.

Before the supply and installation of PLC/MCC panels, documentation and preparation of the panels were completed, and the supply and field installation of the Flow Computer panel were also carried out.

All fieldwork related to the automation system, excluding electrical installation, was successfully completed. Additionally, the installation, mounting, and SCADA control of the rectifier and inverter systems, as well as the fire and gas detection systems, were provided with the most suitable equipment. Therefore, ex-proof cabling, lighting, and grounding works were also completed.
